What is included
Hosting & SSLWeb hosting, certificate management, and help with the DNS around it.
BackupsRoutine backups with recovery in mind, not a checkbox nobody has tested.
MonitoringBasic availability monitoring so obvious failures are not discovered by a customer first.
MaintenanceRoutine platform and stack maintenance when applicable to the site.
WordPress is welcome. It is not required.
We can host WordPress when that is what the site uses. We also support ordinary PHP applications and simpler sites without forcing everything into one CMS.
What this is not
This is not an unlimited-everything plan built around overselling a shared server. If a site outgrows the normal managed tier, we move it to a more appropriate application or server plan instead of pretending resources are infinite.
Migration
New managed customers receive migration assistance. We review the existing site, data, DNS, mail dependencies, certificates, and cutover path before moving anything important.
