General terms.
These terms cover use of the public website and establish a baseline for services. A specific quote, order, or service agreement may add or replace terms for a particular engagement.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, deliberate disruption, or activity that creates unreasonable risk to shared infrastructure or other customers.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality of their content and applications, maintaining authorized access to domains and third-party accounts, and providing accurate information needed to operate or migrate their service.
Backups and recovery
Where backups are included, they are part of a risk-reduction strategy rather than a guarantee that every version of every item can always be recovered. Critical data may warrant additional independent backups or retention arrangements.
Availability
We work to maintain reliable services, but no internet-connected service can be guaranteed to remain uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, upstream failures, attacks, software defects, customer changes, and events outside our control can affect availability.
Billing and cancellation
Pricing, billing intervals, cancellation terms, included work, and any usage-based charges should be stated in the applicable order or service agreement. Unpaid services may be suspended after reasonable notice where practical.
Changes
These general terms may be updated as OnBoardHost services evolve. Material terms for an active customer engagement should also be reflected in the applicable service agreement or notice.
